GOOD TO KNOW
Working hours depend on your position, the stage of the season, and operational needs. Shifts are generally 8 hours per day and may be scheduled in the morning, afternoon, or at night. The exact schedule will be defined upon your arrival, in agreement with your manager. Work exceeding 8 hours per day is considered redistributed working hours, not overtime, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Yes. Every employee has the right to a weekly rest day in line with applicable regulations. Work schedules are prepared weekly, in cooperation with your manager. If it is not possible to take a rest day during the current week, a substitute rest day will be provided immediately after the period of work.
Salaries are paid monthly, no later than the 15th of the current month for the previous month, directly to your bank account in Croatia.
Payslips are sent to your private email address if you provide written consent. Otherwise, please contact your manager.
The employer provides basic health insurance as required by law. Supplementary or additional health insurance is not covered by the employer.
Requests for annual leave should be submitted verbally to your manager at least two weeks before the planned leave. A written request will then be prepared and signed by your manager.
Employees are entitled to a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 days of annual leave, depending on the position and length of service in Croatia, in line with applicable regulations. For seasonal work, employees are entitled to a proportional amount of leave, depending on the number of months worked.
Employees are provided with a uniform at the start of employment, which must be worn and maintained. Uniforms and any other assigned items must be returned at the end of employment. Professional conduct towards guests and colleagues is expected at all times, both at work and in accommodation areas. The employer enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug use.
Yes, meals and accommodation are provided to employees in accordance with internal policies and the employment contract.
In case of illness, you must notify your manager as soon as possible. If required, a medical certificate must be provided, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Opportunities for advancement depend on performance, experience, and the needs of the hotel. The process includes internal selection and recruitment procedures.
Yes. Bonuses and rewards are granted based on work performance and evaluation by managers and management, in line with internal criteria.
All employees are required to follow safety protocols and use protective equipment in accordance with workplace safety regulations. Employees must be trained in safe work practices and fire protection.
In the event of an incident, immediately notify your manager and follow safety protocols. Medical assistance will be provided if necessary.
Performance evaluations are conducted once or twice per year, through formal discussions and performance assessment systems.

The employer has appointed a Data Protection Officer and acts in accordance with data protection regulations to ensure the secure processing and storage of all employee data.
Termination of the employment contract is regulated by applicable laws, which define notice periods and other rights and obligations. Termination must be in writing and signed in the HR department.
