The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Duties:

• Greet and seat guests politely
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests
• Clear and reset tables
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
